In my mid-30's when I decided to finally get my health together, once and for all. That lead me to become a certified personal trainer, biohacker, and health coach to help others like I was helped.

1) You will get several home workouts a week, you're asked to do a minimum of 2 workouts per week and 15 minutes per workout and we will build momentum from there. Over 4 to 6 weeks, you'll see a dramatic improvement in these movements. Enhancing every area of your life from getting out of the car to your love life.
2) Chef Jen will be covering nutrition so you can spend just an hour per week meal prepping. You will be having healthy and delicious meals that will save you money and waste less food weekly. So you can get the best results in a shorter amount of time.
3) You begin daily meditation and breathwork habits that will only take 15 minutes to complete. This will allow you to manage stress better than ever before. It will also noticeably increase your daily clarity, creativity, productivity, positivity, and cognitive function. While decreasing inflammation that can cause daily aches and pains.
4) Reading for personal growth and masterminding. Together, we will figure out what your biggest pain is. Then deciding on a book or books to deal with that pain head-on. Our goal is to finish at least two books a month. This is a lot easier when you begin to listen to audiobooks during drive times, while standing in lines, shopping at the grocery store, and while working out.
5) Daily and weekly accountability from myself and Chef Jen. We'll make sure that quitting is not an option. Failure we can learn from and adapt to. These habits will radically change your life for the better and we are committed to your success.
